Eric Holland-Waterson

When not playing with his newborn baby gril, or running around Wellington’s Firebreak’s, Eric enjoys researching new SEO techniques, and designing new and intelligent ways to improve traditional eCommerce checkout systems. Eric leads our design group. His strengths are in eCommerce design, flash animation, strategic conversion path mapping, and print media design.

Representing NZ is more than one Sporting code is a true testament to Eric’s determination to succeed in what ever he sets his mind to. Eric’s travelled extensively with the NZ Outrigger Canoe sprint and long distance teams with an inclusion into the NZ Surf Lifesaving team, competing at the George Bass Ultra Surf Boat Long Distance Marathon in NSW Australia. Eric has twice completed the gruelling Coast To Coast Multisport race lining up alongside C2C Legends Steve Gurney, and George Christianson.

Having achieved  great things with sport, Eric decided to shift his focus towards developing commercial grade eCommerce systems, and becomming a leader in innovative designs for eCommerce web development.

Eric has almost 5 years experience in the design and development of commercial eCommerce systems.  At the end of his degree he developed, and launched  E-Mahi Commerce. He has designed eCommerce systems for one of NZ’s most popular ISP’s. He's well versed in the development of Start-up eCommerce having single handedly designed, and consulted more than 450 start-up eCommerce businesses both Nationally and Internationally.

Eric’s dedicated work-ethic is nicely complemented by his 'chilled - out entertainer' management style which is well received by the staff here at Eazyshop “well that’s what we all tell him..”

 Paul Sadzewicz

Paul develops kick hot World class Web Applications. He literally eats PHP / JQuery for breakfast lunch dinner and desert. He continually bugs Eric to come up with new ideas and designs for Web applications so that he can get his feet stuck into developing yet another World class module.

When not spending his spare hours gaming you'll often catch Paul swimming lanes, playing more games or running ultra long distance mountain events.

Marin Motiv

We all know that packaging is important. Whether or not we want to admit it, we've all bought something because we liked the way it looked. The funny thing about mutual respect is that you can’t control it. 1. Encourage Mutual Respect with Patience

Patience is a combination of empathy and selflessness. In other words, patience is about other people, which is why patience is such a hard virtue to master. The truth is that the best people, the smartest people and the most successful people take a good long look at other people and express empathy and selflessness towards the people they associate with. 

2. Encourage Mutual Respect by Listening

Listening is one of the greatest manifestations of respect. Even if you think the ideas of a co-worker or acquantaince are way “off the mark,” listen carefully to what he or she is saying and then ask questions that truly make you curious. For instance, if your co-worker wants to raise the marketing budget on your Google Add word campaign and you think that is the stupidest idea you have heard during your entire career, don’t express your feelings, or your own thoughts regarding the supposed stupidity of the suggestion. Instead, start asking questions like “How will the company have enough to pay for the new campaign?” or “What do you think about our current Google Add word strategies? Do you think we should improve those first? You might find that he or she has some great ideas that were being poorly expressed because no one took the time to analyze them more fully.

3. Encourage Mutual Respect by Laughing

If you laugh with others, you can relax, and when you relax and help others to relax as well, more effective communication takes place every second. Take time to analyze your “opponent’s” sense of humor and be patient with him or her. Try to find common interests, or laugh about experiences that you’ve already had together without using humor that he or she might find offensive.
